I design and deliver Odoo and ERP implementations for companies that have outgrown their spreadsheets. Part business conversation about what the process should be, part technical one about how it actually gets built.
Between the business case and the build
I am an Odoo solution architect at dear digital and the owner of Zigmo Studio. My work starts long before anything gets configured: mapping how a company actually operates, deciding which parts of that are worth keeping, and translating the rest into a system people will still use in year three.
My background is full stack development, and before that I ran two repair franchises. That mix is the useful part. I can sit with a finance lead and with a developer in the same afternoon and lose nothing in translation.
In 2026 I finished an MSc in IT Project Management at Stockholm University. My thesis looked at how different stakeholder profiles experience involvement and influence during ERP transformations. The short version: being in the room is not the same as shaping the outcome, and that gap quietly becomes project risk.
Most ERP projects do not fail on the software. They fail on the processes nobody wanted to look at too closely.
